A3. Two key leaders lead our company from distinct industries who collaborate to integrate resources and enhance our competitiveness. This partnership allows us to meet our customers’ diverse needs better.
For instance, in 2021, one of our foreign trade teams partnered with Zhongshan Tess Gift Co., Ltd to supply high-intelligent wireless computer mice. We are passionate about this smart design and believe it can help our customers work more efficiently, freeing up time for family and friends. In the future, we plan to expand into more business lines to further support our customers.

Q4. What is your terms of payment?
A4. Our payment terms are T/T, with a 30% deposit required upfront and the remaining 70% due before delivery. We welcome your inspection team to check the products prior to shipment. If that’s not possible, our QC team will conduct a thorough inspection and provide you with photos of the products and packaging. Once all details are confirmed, we kindly ask that you pay the balance before loading from our factories.
Q5. What is your trade terms?
A5. EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.
Q6. How about your delivery time?
A6. Generally, it will take 30 to 60 days. After receiving your deposit, after sample and packing material confirmed 25-35 working days.
Q7. Do you support sample offered? Can you produce according to the samples?
A7. Sure yes, sample can be made within 7 working days. If requires to develop with a new mold based on the sample, please note that it will take a longer time.
Q8. What is your sample policy?
A8. Sample cost needs to be paid by you, when official order placed, the machine sample cost can be the part of the deposit of the official order.
Q9. What is your minimum order quantity?
A9. Generally, it needs 1000 pieces, if you just need hundreds pieces, the unit price is higher. If acceptable for you, welcome to negotiate with us.
Q10. How do you control your products’s quality?
Q10. Before production, we conduct an aging test by installing 10 pieces from the batch material.
During production, each line has two checkpoints to ensure the machines meet customer standards. For electric fans, after installing the motor shaft, we verify that each speed meets the specified watts, voltage, and air volume.
Our inspection team follows a level 2 sampling standard to thoroughly assess the machines.

A10. We offer a 2-year warranty. If the issue arises from our error, we guarantee a full refund.
